Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A quicker solution is offered if appreciated if you provide the following:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
  • Email complaint requesting for a refund including the name, date and content.

Situations where refund, resend or return is accepted.

  • ORDERS DELAYED – Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days from the moment the product has departed from the warehouse.

NOTE:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery. Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, we will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee that of a positive result.

  • ORDERS NOT RECEIVED – We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

If you haven’t received the product, you must get a non-delivery information issued by the local post office with an official seal.

Tracking Information ALERT:

  1.  Incorrect/insufficient address
  2. No such number
  3. Unknown recipient
  4. Refused
  5. No safe delivery location
  6. Uncleared customs
  7. Others

NOTE:
The products will be delivered 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender. During the return, we are not oblige to take responsibility if products have been lost.

  • PRODUCT DAMAGE – A refund or a replacement is offered if the package arrived is badly damage. A partial refund or replacement is offered if the package arrived is partially damaged (except thread, slightly wringkled, small scratches) etc.

NOTE:
If only the packaging box is damaged but the product is not affected, it’s not eligible for refund.

  • INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCT
    • For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
    • For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offer refund or resend provided there’s screenshot as proof in a complaint raised including name, content and date.
    • For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function.
    • For accessories, we will resend the accessories.

NOTE:
For size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION – For orders cancellation, we offer a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
